Apply for accommodation at a dormitory

Brief and clear accommodation requests

  • Applications are submitted electronically through the ISKAM4 system.
  • A fee for the submission and processing of the application is charged in accordance with the Pricelist of refunds. The fee is payable immediately and is non-refundable.
  • Requests for accommodation are processed continuously throughout the academic year according to accommodation capacities.
  • The preferred dormitory and the alternate dormitory are indicated in the application, if the capacity is filled, accommodation in another dormitory is allocated.

Procedure for submitting an application for accommodation in CTU dormitories

Applicants for studies at CTU and CTU students

  • After submitting the application for study, the applicant logs in to the ISKAM4 system using the e‑mail address provided in the application.
    The applicant sets or resets their password via the “Don’t have or forgot your password?” link on the ISKAM4 login page.
  • Upon submitting the online application, the applicant pays an administrative fee on its website.
  • Upon receiving information about the evaluation of the application and assignment of accommodation, the applicant pays a reservation deposit, in accordance with the Pricelist of refunds. Having been assigned accommodation in the dormitory, the applicant can contact the economic manager of the dormitory in question and request a specific place/room (for example if two persons have agreed to be roommates, etc.), alternatively, a specific room/place is assigned to the applicant upon check-in.
  • The applicant’s accommodation in the dormitory begins on the stipulated date, see Procedures and Rules for Assigning Accommodation, Part V.

Students from other schools and other non-students, including graduates

  • The student fills in the online accommodation application, and upon submitting it pays a non-refundable administrative fee on its website.
  • Having been assigned accommodation in the dormitory, the applicant can contact the economic manager of the dormitory in question and request a specific place/room (for example if two persons have agreed to be roommates, etc.), alternatively, a specific room/place is assigned to the applicant upon check-in.
  • Upon arrival in the dormitory, the student presents a Confirmation of Study, if they have one. If they do not have one, then they cannot pay the discounted student dormitory fee, and may be subject to other measures.
